The Importance of Exceeding Your Customer's Expectations


Business Results are critical because they serve as measures of how successful an organization is among its stakeholders. Before an organization can measure success it needs to meet or exceed the expectations of its customers. Participants will interact with the instructors to learn tips on how to identify and relate to the expectations of their customers and how to exceed those expectations.

Five Best Practices of Effective Leadership
The transition from a front-line employee (e.g., customer service representative, Revenue Officer, Revenue Agent, etc.) to a leadership position can be tricky. Instructors will provide participants with an interactive atmosphere to help them learn critical techniques to transition from an operational position to a more strategic position.

Diversity: A Focus on Ethnic and Cultural Diversity
Cultural diversity is important because our country, workplaces, and schools continue to increase year after year and consist of various cultural, racial, and ethnic groups. Participants will interact with instructors to get a better understanding of the benefits of having a diversified society, and how participants can help their organizations overcome the challenges many of these groups face with diversity and inclusion.

Conducting an effective job interview is critical to ensure candidates have the right skill sets needed for the position. Instructors will provide an interactive environment where participants can ask questions and discuss past experiences and best practices while providing tips to make an interview more successful to ensure the very best candidate is selected for a vacant position.

Conduct Effective Candidate Job Interviews - Part 2
A job interview is a formal meeting where someone is asking questions to become more familiar with the candidate's skills, qualities and characteristics to determine if the candidate is suitable for the vacant position. Instructors will provide an interactive environment where participants can ask questions and discuss best practices while providing tips to help participants formulate responses to clearly showcase their skills and qualities to an interview panel.

12:45 to 2:15 PM

How to Handle Unrealistic Expectations
Leaders with unrealistic expectations are a key cause of stress for employees which can lead to lower morale, lower productivity, and resource turnover. Instructors will provide participants with an interactive environment where participants can ask questions while also learning proven techniques to help participants overcome unrealistic expectations while finding ways to become successful.

Learn to Navigate Your Career Path

Employees are more likely to stay with a company when a well-defined career path is in place. Employees are motivated to grow within a company when there is a well-understood career path. Instructors will provide an interactive learning environment along with a question and answer session to help participants identify career goals which would help them reach a realistic career path.
